Gail Arita-Chong has been cutting, styling and coloring hair in Honolulu for over 30 years. She attends multiple hair shows per year to sharpen her techniques and search out the newest trends. Gail has color certifications from Sassoon, TIGI Creative Force / Intelligence Team, Inoa, Wella and Redken, NYC.

After establishing her reputation at Honolulu’s preeminent salons, Gail opened Gail & Co. in 2015. She has pulled together a talented group of stylists, colorists and beauty specialists to give clients stunning results.

Hair color and complex chemical treatments are her specialty, but she is also known for her consultation and techniques for even the most complex cuts and styles.

She excels in color techniques like baby lights, balayage, ombre, partial highlights, color correction and grey coverage.
